Program Steps

WorkPlace Media works closely with marketers to determine the best program layout. Below is just one example of what a campaign might look like; programs can be tailored to any product, service, or marketing need.

Pre-Market Steps

1. Work together to determine program goals

2. Predict modeling based on ROI goals

3. Determine best measurement approach

4. Determine best targeting solution

5. Develop message and/or offer

6. Design creative that speaks to and motivates working consumers

7. Print and fulfill program materials prior to mailing (materials may also be supplied by the client)

When Your Message Is Received in the WorkPlace

1. Your package is addressed to and received by a pre-selected program champion within the

office who is familiar with the WorkPlace Network program (typically the Human Resource

    Manager)

2. The program champion reviews all package contents and reads the key contact letter which

advises him/her about the program contents

3. The program champion executes the program within the office by following the instructions given

on the key contact letter (Example: distribute one coupon to each employee; hand out sample

between 2pm and 3pm; hang poster in employee common area; etc.)

4. The program champion completes an online survey about the program

5. Each employee who receives a message completes an online survey regarding program

feedback, usage intent and brand experience, etc.

6. Most importantly, at-work consumers visit your stores/restaurants or purchase your product!

Post-Market Steps

1. Review program survey data

2. Review program results
