A quick service chicken chain drives remarkable redemption and generates catering leads.
Challenge:
A regional chicken chain was faced with declining customer counts and weak daypart sales. In addition, they were looking for a B-to-B marketing solution.
Solution:
The solution focused on saturating local businesses within a close radius of each store using messaging that spoke to both the individual consumers and the catering needs of the business. To combat the declining daypart sales, three offers were presented, and the corresponding creative for each offer complemented breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, WorkPlace Media's survey capabilities provided a solution for the client to build B-to-B catering leads.
Results:
The client reported that redemption was over 10%, scattered throughout dayparts, and that the program drove new customers into the restaurants. Additionally, the client reported that the program was successful in generating catering leads from the nearby businesses.
